HCC is an approved Certified Application Counselor (CAC) organization for the Health Insurance Marketplace.
We provide solid, factual information about the Affordable Care Act and the Health Insurance Marketplace.
Our goal is to equip the communities we serve with information to make sound decisions about health care
insurance options.
Enrollment on the 2021 Health Insurance Marketplace starts November 1, 2020 and runs through Tuesday, December 15,
2020. Coverage begins January 1, 2021 for those who enroll by the December 15, 2020 deadline.
Lexington, Mo.-based Health Care Collaborative (HCC) of Rural Missouri (825 South Business Highway 13) has trained
certified application counselors who help individuals and families enroll in Missouri's Health Insurance Marketplace. They will
answer your enrollment questions, help you see if you are eligible for Medicaid or other insurance options, or help with
enrollment during the Marketplace's special enrollment period.
