Any registrations received after July 26, 2022 will be handled as on-site registrations at the higher rate. ON-SITE Registrations on the premises with payment MUST be handled in person at the Conference registration desk during open hours. No late registration phone calls at MRHA's office or at the Hotel sight will be accepted August 8-12, 2022. TO MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Reservations are to be made on an individual basis directly with the Hotel Reservations Department by calling toll free, 888-346-4949 or direct 573-317-4314. Reservations can also be made online at www.mrhassociation.org look for the hotel link, using the group block code 081522MORH under "Group Attendee". Reservations will be accepted no later than July 23, 2022 (the cut-off date"). If reservations are not made by the "cut-off date", guest rooms will be available at hotel's space and rate availability only. Make your reservations early to insure getting the group discount rate and availability. PAYMENTS: Register online with credit card at www.mrhassociation.org or download appropriate registration form and complete and mail with check payable to Missouri Rural Health Association, 2412 Hyde Park Rd., Suite B, Jefferson City, MO. 65109. NOTE: All Registrations require payment at time of registration. All credit card payments must be entered online. For exhibit/sponsorship registrations over $600, must send registration in with a check. (Registrations sent without payment will not be accepted.) CANCELLATION POLICY: If commitment is cancelled in writing prior to July 1, 2022, MRHA will provide a 50% refund minus process fee. There will be NO REFUND after July 1, 2022. (All refunds will be handled through MRHA after conference revenues have been reconciled by check.
