Support for the Whole Family
According to the Alzheimer's Association, 42% of Black caregivers and 28% of
Hispanic caregivers report facing discrimination, most notably not being
listened to, while navigating health care for their loved ones with dementia.
The Customized Caregiver Training and Relief Program identifies the family's
needs and connects caregivers to personalized support resources. For more
