Family Support Division Offers Online Enrollment Food Stamps before applying. Applications are also available to print, fax or mail to any Family Support Division (FSD) office. Downloadable Food Stamp information is also available for the following: Program changes, a Food Stamp Manual, and directions on how to manually calculate a Food Stamp budget. To access online information and resources on the Food Stamp Program, visit dss.mo.gov/fsd/fstamp. MO HealthNet MO HealthNet programs are available for children, families, and the aged, blind and disabled. These programs provide healthcare coverage for those whose income fall within certain guidelines. Guidelines for these programs are easily accessible online. Applications are also available to print, fax or mail to any FSD office. The online search tool, MO HealthNet Provider Search, allows participants to search for available providers by county, provider type or specialty. To access MO HealthNet applications, online resources and the provider search tool, visit Online Services at dss.mo.gov. Child Care/Early Childhood The Child Care/Early Childhood Services program assists families with child care expenses to allow parents to work or to attend school or training programs. Online tools now allow participants to find child care rate information by county, access a child care online invoice system and child support payment information. Review Benefits and Report Changes FSD offers online services that allow participants to create a secure account to check existing benefits and report any household changes. Now, it may be as simple as going online. The Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) now offers online services and program applications, among other resources and tools that participants can access from their homes. The online services offer pre-screening tools, online invoicing, and access to current benefits to review and report changes. Online resources are available for the following programs: Food Stamp Program Participants of the Food Stamp Program receive and use food benefits through Missouri Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT). The benefits may be used to purchase any food products except alcoholic beverages and tobacco, hot foods, or foods prepared for immediate consumption. Anyone can apply for Food Stamps.
