Eight Osage Trail Middle School
students auditioned for the
Greater Kansas City Middle
School All-District Band.
The competition was fierce and
of the hundreds of area middle
school kids who auditioned,
Osage Trail had five who were
selected for the band.
Congratulations to the following
8th graders:
● Hannah Kavanaugh, flute
● Rachel Evans, clarinet
● Kylee Tobin, alto sax
● Spencer Faris, trombone
● Austyn Smith, trombone
The students who were selected
to the band will practice with the
group on December 8 and
perform in concert that evening
at Park Hill South High School at
6 p.m.
Ten Fort Osage High School
students auditioned for the KC
Metro All-District Band.
Over 700 students auditioned
and Fort Osage had two
selected.
Congratulations to the following
sophomores:

● Kaitlin Evans, clarinet
The students will perform on
Saturday, December 13 at Park
Hill High School.
