Those who make up the HCC network are all very motivated and dedicated in serving the rural health population, and have inspired me in so many ways. Toniann, in particular, has been such a leading force in turning ideas and dreams into reality. Her commitment and drive are infectious to those of us around her and we are so lucky to have her as our leader! But, one afternoon, I walked into HCC and met with Toniann. Within 36 hours she had hired me, just that fast. She always told me that she knew when someone would fit. I have met with community leaders and "regular" citizens; you never know who will walk through the door.
